About Gabriella Lehmann

I’m a Chippewa Valley real estate agent specializing exclusively in first‑time home buyers, helping turn homespun dreams into confident first home purchases. Licensed since 2018, I focus on making the buying process clear, supportive, and approachable—especially for buyers who are new to real estate and have lots of questions.

I began my career in Sheboygan, WI, and returned home to the Chippewa Valley in 2021, where I now guide first‑time buyers through financing basics, home tours, inspections, and closing—step by step, at a comfortable pace.

Since 2021, I’ve helped buyers close over $2.3M in sales volume, combining local knowledge with patience, honesty, and education.

When I’m not working with buyers, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, horseback riding, and being with my family—values that reflect my down‑to‑earth approach to helping clients build a place to call home.
